MANTICARTS / STUDY PATH
Space: orientation, environment and selection
Keep environmental observation, directional coordinates, diagram assignments and selection rules at their respective evidentiary levels.
Study sequence
Begin spatial records with scope, map orientation, scale, measurement method and directional reference. Field observations and textual prescriptions can sit side by side, but a symbol on a plan should not be treated as an environmental fact by itself.
Nine-grid, trigram and phase assignments offer shared vocabulary, yet each use needs a source. Geomantic, almanac and selection materials also involve local practices and textual circulation. Record variations without assuming a single standard across places and periods.
Course diagrams support transcription and comparison. Building safety, engineering surveys and public decisions require their own professional evidence. Historical diagram study does not replace those procedures; clear scope improves public communication.
