For concerns about teaching, assessment, services or data use, provide reviewable facts and the resolution you seek. Appeals should be reviewed by people uninvolved in the original decision.

Handling and review

  1. Submit a summary: issue, relevant dates, program and desired outcome.
  2. Establish remit: confirm responsibility and identify urgent risks.
  3. Review material: hear relevant parties and record evidence, reasons and the decision.
  4. Independent appeal: state grounds relating to an existing decision for review by an uninvolved person.

This is a governance proposal, without unestablished response-time or staffing promises. Website email is not an emergency service.
