- Name or organization, relevant experience, public work and a preferred contact method.
- The question
- What you wish to achieve, intended readers, available material and permissions.
- Scope of work
- Roles, timeline, deliverables, budget sources, attribution and intellectual-property arrangements.
- Collaboration discussions, membership and research appointments are separate processes. Titles and appointments require real responsibilities, review criteria and terms.
- The site does not accept donations, investments or paid memberships before responsible entities, purposes and rules are established.
