• After preparing a draft, review and edit it in your mail app and decide whether to send. The website does not send automatically.
• Your email provider and the recipient's mail service process correspondence. Do not send identity documents, full birth details, banking data or sensitive third-party information.
• Verification starts with an identifier, display name and question. Complaints can begin with a summary; evidence sharing can be arranged separately.
