The Han bibliography lists a Taiyi-yinyang work, but early Taiyi cult, bibliographic traces and the received algorithm cannot be assumed to form an unbroken line. Tang-Song sources grouped Taiyi with Qimen and Liuren; Ming compilations enlarged the corpus.
